Rislan® Clear Rnew® G850 is a high-performance, bio-based polyamide material from Arkema. The G850 material contains 45% bio-based carbon made of Castor beans. These beans are extracted from plants and converted into oil which forms the basis for bio-based Polyamide. It is specially designed for injection moulding applications and ideally suited for frames of high-end eyewear. This makes the material of these glasses not only more durable, but also lightweight, flexible and virtually unbreakable.
