The most important element of a comfortable cycling short is the padding. Therefore BBB has put a lot of research into an ideal padding line-up for our shorts that suits every cyclist and offers maximum comfort under all circumstances. In all our padding we make use of whole piece foam cutting. This characteristic provides a significant increase in comfort. As different people require different levels and shapes of padding we have developed padding for our Originals, Performance, and Premium segments as well for men and women.

Our Originals paddings are developed for medium distances (up to 4 hours), are extremely flat on the surface, and have whole piece foam cutting providing the right protection and support on the places where needed.

Our Performance dual-density, three-dimensional paddings are developed for long distances (up to 6 hours). The major part of the high-density protective foam is concentrated on the area where most needed, which provides incredible comfort and at the same time offers a great fit and complete freedom of movement. Available in men and women-specific shape.

Our Premium dual-density, pre-shaped paddings are developed for long distances (up to 8 hours). The high density protective 14mm foam is concentrated on the area where most needed, which provides incredible comfort. The pre-shape offers an anatomical fit providing the best possible comfort.

Medium density foams with one-piece cutting technology provide a high level of protection while maintaining breathability and is enhanced by special performing fabric. The center channel in the perineal area and soft face fabric reduces friction and skin irritations.
