E-bike specific
Products specifically designed for e-bikes, ensuring durability even at higher speeds and with heavier bikes. They meet the NEN-EN 15194:2017 standard for electric bicycles, covering safety aspects and hazard prevention. This e-bike-specific label guarantees your gear can handle the demands of electric cycling, providing peace of mind when you hit the road on your e-bike.
It is a fact that a bike helmet provides safety. A helmet on your head during a bike ride prevents permanent damage to your head. The risk-on head and brain damage is declined from 63 to 88%.
But, a helmet can only provide safety when it fits your head correctly. Don’t wear a helmet that is too big and sits too loosely. On the other hand, will a helmet that is too small sit too high on your head. When the helmet fits your head properly you will not feel it, this makes your ride with a helmet comfortable. Helmets are available in different sizes. Make sure you are choosing the right size when purchasing a new one.
Please note! It is possible that your head size in centimeters falls within the range of two helmet sizes. For example, you have a head size of 55 cm and therefore you can fit both a helmet size 'S' and 'M'. In this case, you have the choice between a slightly smaller or larger bicycle helmet. If you regularly wear a cap or hat under your helmet, we recommend you choose the larger helmet size.
